A successful audit schedule will include internal, 3rd party and supplier audits. We also recommend you conduct a compliance review in advance of certification, recertification and surveillance visits from your verification body.
Incident Investigation
If you have recently had an HSE incident or even a high potential near miss, you must ensure you have the procedural, hardware and behavioural measures in place to prevent reoccurrence.
Our consultants are all trained in Kelvin TOPSET, a recognised incident investigation tool based on root cause analysis. The TOPSET process involves a brainstorming session between our specialists and key members of your operations team. This allows us to ‘drill down’ in to your work practices to understand how failure of your procedures and processes allowed non-conformances to occur. With this knowledge we can develop an improvement plan to prevent recurrence.
